Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using JotBase ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

JotBase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App to store or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

JotBase offers subscription plans and one-time credit purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
Free trial credits (if offered) are available to new users only

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in JotBase. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

You are responsible for the content you store. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that store content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will never be lost. We recommend keeping backups of important information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jing Gong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or profits.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
